RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At M.E Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.

Return Window

In-Person Purchases: Eligible returns must be made within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Online Purchases: Eligible returns must be requested and/or initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns requested outside of the applicable return period may not be accepted.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• All original tags must remain attached to the item.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items must not be damaged, altered, or otherwise used.

M.E Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these requirements.

Clearance & Final Sale Items

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Clearance items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is subsequently confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, M.E Boutique is not responsible for the package and the order will not be eligible for a refund based solely on the customer having entered an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact M.E Boutique as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Policy Limitations

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or Texas law.

M.E Boutique reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply, subject to applicable law.
