The 2–5 business-day timeframe refers to our processing and shipment timeframe and does not include carrier transit time.

Once an order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and service selected.

9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, M.E Boutique may be unable to change the address once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

If tracking confirms that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout and that address was incorrect or incomplete because of information supplied by the customer, M.E Boutique is not responsible for the package and the order will not be eligible for a refund based solely on the incorrect address provided by the customer.
